A perfect combination of product and service quality

A premiere time share resort built in 1982, the Eagle’s Nest luxury beachfront resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on Florida’s southwest coast. During a renovation project at Eagle’s Nest, Commercial Plumbing Solutions LLC installed the Viega ManaBloc system for hot and cold drinking water in 26 condo units which saved 50% of their installation time. They also selected Viega PEX Press fittings in sizes ½ " and ¾", installing around 10,000 feet of ½" ViegaPEX Ultra tubing.

Project Manager Anne Greenwell and her partner Rick Bidwell agreed that the greatest challenge Commercial Plumbing Solutions faced on the project was time. “The schedule was 30 days for the complete renovation,” Greenwell said. “The units were time shares and had to be completed as scheduled to make them available for the booked reservations.”

High service quality

The daily cooperation with the local Viega sales representative also kept the project moving forward. “Our relationship with our Viega rep affords us the confidence to know we have the full support of Viega to take on any challenges that may arise in a renovation or repair situation,” Greenwell said.

For the Eagle’s Nest project, Viega provided material take offs from project blueprints, training, product support and assisted with product availability within the local market.
